JSS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. comprise of two professionals in their 40s – James (who set up the plumbing and heating business just before Covid times), and Sam, a trusted life long friend and colleague. Between them both, they have over 18 years of experience covering all things related to the plumbing trade, from bathroom re-design and re-fit, to powerflushing and getting your central heating up to scratch.
JSS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. have a carried out a considerable amount of bathroom renovations over the years, and they really enjoy the process on how a bathroom can be transformed, into the vision that was planned at the start of a project.
JSS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. also have experience in designing and installing heating systems, installing underfloor heating, installing and servicing air source heat pumps, and first and second fix pipework and unvented systems. As well as, providing services, fault finding, maintenance and commissioning of Gas, LPG and Oil boilers.
For 11 years, James ran a successful business with Steve Sadler (his Father), in and around Norwich. Sadler Services Ltd. specialised in providing a service to the luxury housing market, with new build projects and refurbishments. Sadler Services Ltd. had a great reputation with their customers, merchants and other plumbing firms, being well-known for their excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
James and his family then relocated to Bury St Edmunds, and James started working for Worcester Bosch Termo Technology, as a Field Service Boiler Technician. This gave James the experience to enhance his skillset in providing services and maintenance of Gas, LPG and Oil boilers.
In 2019, JSS Plumbing & Heating was created, and James started his journey on becoming a trusted and well respected business in the local area. Sam became part of JSS Plumbing and Heating Ltd. in 2020, and together they have grown the business to what it is today.

We had James from JSS Plumbing & Heating out for a leak in our kitchen. He came out on a Friday evening, took out a cupboard, fixed the leak and charged a very reasonable amount. Would definitely recommend, and thanks to the recommendations on the Moreton Hall Voice for leading us to him. Top man!
