Oil boiler service

1 hour 15 minutes and over • £140 plus vat

Oil hoses extra

Daytime call out charge

1 hour • £90 plus vat

First hour included at property. (Does not include travel time)

Landlords certificate

1 hour • £100 plus vat

£100 for boiler only, extra appliances £25 for each extra appliance

Unvented cylinder service

45 minutes • £80 plus vat

Safety check of components and re-pressurisation of expansion vessel

Gas boiler service

45 minutes • £100 plus vat

Price subject to addition of travel depending on distance from base

Evening call out charge

1 hour • £180 plus vat

First hour included at property. (Does not include travel time)

Power Flush

8 hours • From £350 plus vat

Price includes all chemicals. Approx. 30 min per radiator, depending on how dirty the system is. A Power Flush can help to reduce your heating costs, and resolve radiator problems.
